The Ospreys today revealed the brand new Academy shirt for the upcoming 2008/09 season, and they will be hoping it carries on their recent success, winning two out of three trophies across the age groups last season.
The U16's, U18's and U20's will all be wearing the new aqua blue shirt, which is a very similar style to the Ospreys home and away kit. The main sponsor LLIW Building Supplies is across the middle of the chest on the Kooga new-look shirts with the Celtic Knot a prominent feature.
Other sponsors represented on the kit are, Owen Fuels, Runtech Ltd., Sleeping Giant Water Coolers, Npower renewables and Army.
The brand new shirt will be on show tonight at Llandarcy for the Ospreys U16's first match against Dragons U16's. All Ospreys season ticket holders have free admission to watch the Academy game, so get over to Llandarcy and support the boys.
A limited number of replica shirts will be on sale at the Liberty Stadium Superstore and online at http://shop.ospreysrugby.com/ from mid October 2008. The shirts will be priced at £34.95 for juniors and £44.95 for adults.
