It was today confirmed that Ospreys hooker Richard Hibbard faces a six-week lay-off after suffering ligament damage during Sunday's Magners League victory over Connacht at the Liberty Stadium.
Richard Hibbard Injury Update
Hibbard limped out of the action during the opening stages of the match, and a scan on Monday evening confirmed the extent of the ligament damage. He will face a two-week period before he can bear weight on his injured right ankle and will then commence an intensive rehabilitation programme. At this stage we are optimistic he will be back in action within the predicted 6 week window.
