Loose head prop Gareth Thomas has been added to the region’s 38-man squad for the European Rugby Champions Cup.
Tournament rules mean that team can make two changes to the squad during the pool stages, one of which must be a front-row forward.
The 21-year old comes into the squad with Ryan Bevington, Duncan Jones and Nicky Smith all sidelined with injury, after making his PRO12 debut out in Leinster on Saturday.
