OSTC FX launches sponsorship extension

The Ospreys will formally launch their 2015/16 away shirt at this evening’s game against Saracens at the HAC in the City of London.

The striking new white and magenta jersey was unveiled at the Liberty Stadium at the weekend, along with the home kit and the full range of training and leisurewear, and has gone down a storm with Ospreys supporters.

For the second consecutive season OSTC FX are the primary sponsors of the away jersey after agreeing to a one-year extension on their previous deal and, accordingly feature on the front of the shirt once again.

Jonny Aucamp, Group Executive Chairman, OSTC, said:

“OSTC are proud to continue the relationship with the Ospreys Rugby; the partnership remains as strong as ever and the new-look away jersey featuring our company looks fantastic.

“Our business is international and being aligned with a strong international brand such as the Ospreys helps promote ours.

“The launch of the away jersey in London alongside a number of our partners, fellow sponsors and Ospreys supporters, will be a great event and I am sure the relationship will continue to grow in coming seasons.”

OSTC were confirmed as the official foreign exchange partner of Ospreys Rugby in the summer of 2013, with the logo featuring on the left sleeve of the jersey during the 13/14 season.

That relationship has since grown, with the company now providing services to all parties within the Liberty Stadium, and OSTC upgrading their sponsorship last year to feature on the chest of the away shirt, with a secondary position on the front and back of the home version.

Established in 1999, OSTC now has 16 international offices in territories as diverse as Canada, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Turkey and India. It is due to open a new Chinese office in Hangzhou at the end of September.

In 2013 OSTC received the Ruban D'Honneur at the European Business Awards as one of the top 10 companies in Europe with a turnover of £26m-£150m.

OSTC continues to work alongside the Ospreysactivities outside of Wales such as the London Ospreys Business Network, sister club programme and UAE grassroots sporting activity.

Ospreys Commercial Manager, Yarnie Guthrie, added:

“This fixture, in the heart of London’s business district, is the perfect location for the Ospreys and OSTC  to jointly launch the 2015/16 sponsorship, in the company of management, players and fellow commercial partners.

“A truly global player with a strong regional presence, OSTC are a big part of our business on a day-to-day basis, working with regional management and assisting with our multiple international financial transactions each season. A true commercial partner in every sense, we are delighted to have OSTC on board once again.”
