All renewed season members are respectfully reminded that they need to retain their 2014/15 membership card for the coming season.
It is automatically reactivated upon renewal and credited for the upcoming season, giving you continued match day access to the Liberty Stadium, as communicated to supporters last summer, at the end of 2014/15, and in 2015/16 membership promotional literature.
Following consultation with the Ticket Office, it has been agreed as a one-off that any members who have disposed of their cards from last season (2014-15) will be able to get a new card free of charge.
However, supporters who have lost or thrown away their existing card must contact us before 6pm on Friday 4th September to claim their new card for free.
Please be advised that any requests for a new card received after the above deadline will be chargeable at the standard rate of £20 per membership card.
For reference, anyone who has paid £20 already since the end of last season will be contacted by the Ticket Office and awarded a full refund.
