The 2010 Ospreys Coaching Conference takes place at Llandarcy on Sunday 15th August, and the region's Coach Development team have now finalised the schedule for the day.

Academy Trials
As the talent identification network (mentioned in Academy Staff) would indicate there are no formal trials for the Academy but players are considered at all levels of the player development pathway from U16 onwards.
Selection is based on future potential to be an Osprey, notably considering the content of the Academy programme and the potential growth of each individual against 1st XV standards.
The Talent ID network watches all age group games, premiership fixtures and selected community games.
