Andrew Millward
Academy Manager
The Academy programme is managed by Andrew Millward, an original Ospreylian. He co-ordinates the above programme and staff members whilst he also runs the age-grade programme for U16 / U18 and U20 players.
He works closely with Andrew Hore, Ospreys Elite Performance Director, and the 1st XV staff to ensure that good practice runs through the pathway, each individual can be monitored professionally and that a level of professionalism, integrity and hard work are displayed on a daily basis.
Andrew also co-ordinates the talent identification network that runs through the Region, where no stone is left unturned in scouring all levels of the game for potential Academy recruits.
