1. In these terms & conditions, the 'Club' means 'Ospreys Rugby' (registered as 'Neath-Swansea Ospreys Ltd - Company Number 4730479); the 'Ticket Office' means the Liberty Stadium Ticket Office, Landore, Swansea, SA1 2FA; the 'stadium' means the Liberty Stadium, Landore, Swansea, SA1 2FA; and the 'website' means the club's website:
http://www.ospreysrugby.com./
2. The ground regulations are automatically incorporated within these ticket terms & conditions, and are posted at various points around the stadium, and upon each match ticket.
3. Fixtures are not guaranteed to take place on a particular day or at any particular time. All fixtures are subject to change, and the club accepts no liability should a match be postponed or kick-off time be changed for whatever reason. Season ticket holders and all other supporters are solely responsible for keeping abreast of fixture changes or updates. However, in such situations, season & match tickets will remain valid for the re-scheduled fixture.
4. Concessions are granted only when the following criteria are met by the applicant (please understand that relevant valid documentation will always be required by the Ticket Office):
- OAP: We have structured our OAP concession in accordance with the national retirement age (i.e. men over 65, and women over 60).
- Full Time Student: All students requesting a concession will need a valid student card, or in some circumstances, a letter from the college/school confirming the student's full time enrolment for the relevant academic year.
- Junior: Those 16 years of age or under on 1st September 2010.
- Disabled: For those registered at the higher level of disability (proof required by ticket office), a free carer can be granted upon request. Please note that we do not offer a concession for the disabled ticket itself, only a free carer for those who require one.
Juniors for Free!
5. This scheme invites families with children 16 yrs & under to bring all such children free of charge with an accompanying paying parent / grandparent. A birth certificate or passport may be required by Ticket Office staff to prove legitimate guardianship of the children concerned. All family applications must be submitted together & in person by all applicants involved (except at the sole discretion of the Ospreys Management). Every paying parent/grandparent can bring a maximum of 4 children under this scheme (free of charge). Should additional juniors wish to join a family party, this will be permitted (at the sole discretion of the Ospreys Management), but at the cost price of £75 per season (the cost for a junior within the Category C area, and this is provided that the ratio of 1 paying adult to 4 free juniors is not exceeded, and that the parent / guardian concerned accepts FULL responsibility for the children forming part of their party).
Introduce-a-Friend!
6. This scheme invites current season ticket holders to introduce new friends and potentially secure their season ticket FREE OF CHARGE!
- Introduce 1 new friend - get 25% discount
- Introduce 2 new friends - get 50% discount
- Introduce 3 new friends - get your season ticket FREE!
This scheme is only valid for like-for-like introductions or greater. In other words, an adult must introduce other adults to qualify for any form of discount. An applicant requesting a concession must also introduce like concessions or tickets of a greater value to qualify for any discount (for example, an OAP in Category B must introduce friends who secure tickets of equal or greater value than his own ticket [£195]). For sake of clarity, this scheme does not apply to junior applications.
'New' & friends must be those who were not season ticket holders this last 2009-10 season. All applications within this scheme MUST be submitted together for the chief applicant to qualify for the relevant discount.
Please also note that the season ticket prices incorporate a £5 bolt-on fee that goes direct to our new Ospreys Supporters Club. Therefore discounts applied to season tickets are calculated before this fee is added to the equation (for example, a Category A season ticket holder who introduces 2 new friends would secure his ticket for 50% of £290, plus £5, equalling £150. If he were to introduce 3 new friends, his season ticket would be free, though the £5 OSC fee would apply, meaning the total cost of his season ticket would be £5).
7. In the event of a season ticket being lost or stolen, the season ticket holder shall inform the club immediately. A replacement season ticket (if requested) will be provided by the club (at its absolute discretion) at a cost of £20 (inclusive of P&P, if relevant). If a season ticket is forgotten upon attending an Ospreys fixture, the Ticket Office may issue a replacement match ticket at the discretion of the ticket office manager. Save in such circumstances, the Ticket Office shall not issue any duplicate season tickets or match day tickets, and no refunds will be given by the Ticket Office in any circumstances.
8. Should a season ticket holder wish, due to guests he may bring, to relocate his season ticket to an alternative seat within the ground, he may do so by surrendering his season card to the Ticket Office and receiving a match ticket in the desired part of the ground (no refund will be granted when a lesser seat is requested, but an upgrade charge when higher category seats are requested). The season card will then need to be collected in person from the Ticket Office subsequent to the match in question (valid ID may be requested). Please allow 48 hours notice prior to the fixture for such requests.
9. All match tickets purchased online are subject to a processing fee per ticket. All match tickets purchased over the telephone (08700 400 004) are subject to a processing fee per transaction. Precise rates will be confirmed & updated here shortly.
10. Please note that both match & season tickets are absolutely non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of Ospreys Rugby. All requests for refunds must be forwarded to Ospreys Rugby at the Liberty Stadium.
11. Season & Match tickets shall remain the property of the club at all times, and may not be re-sold or loaned for value by season ticket holders under any circumstances. The club do not object to season ticket holders 'lending' their cards to friends / family (as long as the loan is to someone of equal standing - ie. a junior season ticket cannot be lent to an adult).
We would advise such season ticket holders that misbehaviour by any such 'guests' will be treated as a breach by the season ticket holder (as per clause 9 below), and the club will not hesitate to confiscate such cards in these circumstances.
12. The club may, at its absolute discretion, suspend or cancel a season ticket (and all associated benefits) in the event of the season ticket holder or its guest being ejected or banned from the stadium due to a breach of the ground regulations, or any other of these terms & conditions, or in the event of any abusive, dangerous or other unacceptable behaviour by the season ticket holder or guest of the season ticket holder.
13. The club & ticket office reserve the right to refuse any application for a season ticket or match ticket at their absolute discretion.
