Calling all school leavers! 
 
'Destination edYOUcation' is an Education & Employability programme provided by Ospreys in the Community and NPTC Group of Colleges. 

If you are or you know a Year 11 leaver who is unsure of their next steps after school, then OitC are here to help.  

Destination EdYOUcation will inspire school leavers and equip them with employability skills to make decisions about their future and to succeed in their next steps. 

With support from partners like The Army, The Navy, BT, EE, Tui, First Cymru TCH Group and Sinclair Land Rover, participants will devlop their:

🏢 Workplace skills 

🗣️ Communication 

👯 Teamwork 

😎 Leadership 

😍 Wellbeing 

💪 Resilience 

All of this combined with fun physical activity sessions at the Ospreys High Performance centre at Llandarcy Academy of Support. 

Starting on Tuesday 23rd July at Llandarcy Academy of Sport / Ospreys High Performance Centre – The programme will run on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, every week, for 6 weeks, between 9am and 4pm.Participants will be paid £75 a week and travel costs will be covered.
