Our goal for the league is to create a fun and competitive environment for all teams participating. Whether you're looking to dominate the competition or simply socialize with other rugby enthusiasts, our league has got you covered. That's right, we're offering both competitive and social leagues, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.  

Not only will you get a great workout and stay fit, but you'll also get to enjoy the camaraderie and team spirit that rugby is famous for. It's a fantastic way to get your rugby fix during the off-season. 
 
With mixed teams encouraged it is one of the most flexible, fun and sociable sports around. It is open to players of all shapes and sizes and is a fantastic way of seeing friends, staying fit and having fun this summer.
