We're thrilled to announce that the DEFENDER Touch League will be hosted once again at the Swansea Bay Sports Park Playing Fields.

This is the perfect opportunity for teams to get back onto the field and enjoy the fast-paced action of touch rugby.

Our goal is simple: create a fun, competitive, and inclusive environment for all teams involved. Whether you're looking to dominate the competition, stay fit, or just socialize with fellow rugby enthusiasts, our league has something for everyone.

Not only will you get a great workout, but you’ll also enjoy the camaraderie and team spirit that rugby is known for. It’s the perfect way to stay active during the off-season and keep the rugby buzz alive.

Cost:

£300 per team for the full league.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your spot.
The remaining £200 balance is due by the 4th week of competition.
