The Ospreys started the game well in defence as dominant tackles forced the DHL Stormers into a failed grubber that allowed the Ospreys to get on the attack.

But it was the away team that were able to score the first try. A miss pass near the Ospreys line gave Leolin Zas an easy finish in the corner. The conversion was successful. DHL Stormers 7 - 0 Ospreys.

The boys answered back soon after though, as the reliable boot of Dan Edwards bought the score to within four. DHL Stormers 7 - 3 Ospreys.

Matthee added to his tally again soon after to give the DHL Stormers some breathing space, DHL Stormers 13 - 3 Ospreys.

TRY FOR OSPREYS! A superb side-stepping run from Owen Watkin opened up some space in the Ospreys’ 22, the ball went into the arms of Reuben Morgan-Williams who looked like might go over on his 100th cap but was brought down just short. The ball moved on and Captain Jac was able to power over from close range. DHL Stormers 13 - 10 Ospreys.

Keith for Neath (Keiran Williams) put in some absolutely monstrous hits on the DHL Stormers ball carriers: a defensive phenom. Dan Eds’ kicks in open play were causing some real problems for the South Africans, catching them out of place and challenging their aerial prowess on multiple occasions.

With two minutes left in the half, relentless defending from the Ospreys forced the DHL Stormers into conceding a penalty. Dan Eds put the Ospreys level as he slotted another kick through the post. DHL Stormers 13 - 13 Ospreys.

On the brink of half time, Matthee gave the DHL Stormers lead the through a penalty. DHL Stormers 16 - 13 Ospreys.

TRY FOR REUBS ON HIS 100TH APPEARANCE! Some great footwork by Keith split open the DHL Stormers’ defensive line. The break was followed by some quality carrying which took the boys within touching distance to the tryline. Reubs sniped over the line and Dan Eds converted. DHL Stormers 19 - 20 Ospreys.

DAN EDS, TAKE A BOW SON! Some innovative attacking play from the Ospreys was eventually brought to a halt as the ball went loose outside the DHL Stormers 22. The boys reset, Dan Eds sat in the pocket and put a perfect drop goal through the posts from 40 metres. DHL Stormers 19 - 23 Ospreys.

TRY OF THE SEASON CONTENDER! Mr.100 Reuben Morgan-Williams broke through form halfway, dinked it over Willemse, recovered it and offloaded to Dan Eds for the score. Unreal from Reubs. Dan Eds converted his own score. DHL Stormers 19 - 30 Ospreys.

DHL Stormers answered back with a score of their own with 10 minutes to go. Schickerling went over from close range after an extended spell of possession in Ospreys territory. Conversion missed. DHL Stormers 24 - 30 Ospreys.
