Who is new Director, Ian Morgan?
IAN MORGAN
Ian Morgan is the founder and Managing Director of the Morganstone Group and property development company, Westacres, based in South Wales.
An experienced Director with a proven track record in the construction industry, Ian has held a wide range of positions at senior management level and after spending 24 years working for Public Limited Companies decided to go it alone and establish his own company.
In September 2008, he created Morganstone. Despite that year signalling the start of the global recession, the company went on to become one of the fastest growing companies in Wales over the next 10 years. Firmly establishing itself amongst the largest privately owned construction companies in the Principality, it now employs 180 local people with significant investment into the region. The business now has a turnover in excess of £40m per year.
Following on from this success Ian and his wife Tonia formed the award winning Westacres, a provider of luxury residential developments delivering prestigious homes in some of the most desirable locations in Wales.
