After the initial Batjersey sold out in days, we have been able to secure a limited amount of additional stock that will go on sale ONLINE only at midday on Wednesday.
There was unprecedented demand for the Batjersey when it was launched last month ahead of its debut against Cardiff Blues, with 70 per cent of the stock snapped up on pre-order, with the remaining jerseys disappearing off the shelves within days.
We have been able to secure an additional number of jerseys, approximately 100, across the size range, and these will go on sale at midday on Wednesday 9th December online only at shop.ospreysrugby.com, on a first come, first served basis.
Once they are gone, they are gone, so make sure you act swiftly to get yours as they’ll be flying out once again.
ABOUT THE BATJERSEY
The Batjersey is an exciting tie-up between the Ospreys and kit supplier BLK with DC Comics, the first time that a Welsh region has worn a superhero jersey
It made its debut in the first Welsh derby of the season, against Cardiff Blues at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday 28th November, and will be worn in derby action for a second time over the Christmas period.
After its second outing, 23 playing shirts will then be handed over to charitable organisations and community groups to be used for fundraising purposes, with thousands of pounds expected to be raised for good causes.
The eye catching Batman themed jersey incorporates the famous Bat logo across the chest and a striking Batsuit body armour detail to give the men in black the full Dark Knight look when they go into battle against their Welsh foes.
The BLK/DC partnership was launched earlier this year when Super Rugby teams Melbourne Rebels and Queensland Reds wore Superman and The Flash jerseys respectively.
The adult replica jersey comes in sizes ranging from S-7XL and is priced at £54.99. Junior replica shirts, sized from 4 years to 16 years, cost £44.99.
Only a limited number of each size are available in this second tranche and they are available ONLINE ONLY from midday on Wednesday.
