A disciplinary panel convened in Edinburgh today to adjudicate the Citing Complaint against Dmitri Arhip, for alleged foul play against a Dragons player under Law 10.4 (a) - Striking another player
The panel found that the player had committed an act of foul play, however, after significant deliberation the panel reached the decision that the act of foul play did not warrant a red card.
Therefore the panel did not uphold the Citing Complaint and the player is free to play this weekend.
