As we round up what’s been a memorable month for Ospreys, we’re looking back at one of the defining occasions in a season that continues to deliver on and off the field - our EPCR knockout fixture against Sale Sharks.
With the prospect of an entertaining Anglo-Welsh derby, we once again returned to Bridgend in 23/24, hosting many traveling fans for the game.
Thanks to the support of our principal partners at Doom Bar, we successfully launched Brewery Fest, a food and drink festival to accommodate an exciting evening where we achieved our maiden victory in European knockout rugby.
On the field, the boys delivered an outstanding performance, scoring tries through Morgan Morris, Keelan Giles, and Reuben Morgan-Williams, earning their place in Ospreys history and sending the club toward the Challenge Cup quarter-finals.
Off the field, alongside a variety of food options, Molson Coors (who facilitate the Doom bar partnership) supplied a wide array of fantastic beverages, including eight of their wonderful brews, ranging from old-time favourites such as Doom bar and Madri to exciting new brands such as Coldriver Cider and Salt Huckaback.
We were delighted to see a raucous atmosphere across the event, fuelled by the festivities and the passion and potency of their Ospreys team.
From everyone here at Ospreys Rugby, we would like to say…diolch to Doom Bar!
