We can today confirm the new pool structure for the forthcoming EDF Energy Cup Competition. The Ospreys will accompany Worcester Warriors, London Irish & Harlequins, which will see the Ospreys away to Worcester in the opening fixture (on Saturday 27th October), followed by a home tie against London Irish, and lastly an away trip to London to the Stoop to face the Harlequins. Dates for the matches are to be confirmed, however, Round 1 will take place over the weekend of October 26/27/28, Round 2 over November 2/3/4, with a concluding Round 3 over November 30 / December 1/2. Three rounds of matches will be played in the four-team group stages at club grounds, before the EDF Energy Cup semi-finals and the EDF Energy Cup Final which will be held on Saturday March 22nd, and Saturday April 8th 2008 respectively.
