Escargot Turbo took the honours in the first ever Ospreys Touch Rugby League, claiming a win over Gower Power in the final.
Hosted at South Gower RFC, the inaugural season has seen six teams competing throughout May, June and July, with the eventual winners claiming their rightful honour, having finished top of the table during the regular season, just ahead of Gower Power, who they defeated 10-4 in the final.
Following a successful trial run this year, the Ospreys will be launching a major Touch Rugby League ahead of next summer. A rapidly growing sport that is hugely beneficial for skill development and fitness, touch is fantastic fun for all who take part.
We will be looking to cater for male and female adults and teams can be entered from any source. Rugby clubs, businesses, pubs, leisure centres or any group of people who would like to get involved.
