Ma'afu Fia will earn his second cap for Tonga when they face Georgia in Tblisi on Saturday.
The Ospreys prop made his debut in last week's 74-24 loss to Wales in Cardiff, and keeps his place in the starting XV for the game at Mikhell Meskhi Stadium.
Tonga have lost their last three tests against the Lelos, including a 16-15 defeat in Suva in June.
Fia's involvement means that there are a total of eight Ospreys on international duty this weekend.
