First Ospreys Match At Llandarcy Academy For

Tomorrow (Wednesday) the Young Osprey under 16's will be the first of the Regional teams to host a game at the Llandarcy Academy for Sport.

It is a game that the team need to win if they are going to have a realistic chance of getting through to the Reebok Final. Because of this Head Coach Alex Evans (picture) has gone with (apart from unavailability) what is probably his strongest team based on performances this season.   Evans commented "every player has been given the chance to state his case for inclusion in the team, so as coaches we feel we can justify our selection policy. On the 22nd of this month (November) we will be playing a fixture against the late developers in the Region and this again will give further opportunities to players within the Region. All players are aware of how high the standards are at this level".   Once again second row Lloyd Peers (picture) captains the team and it is essential that he and the team appreciate the challenge they face and rise to it.
Team: Young Ospreys Under 16's v   Blues South on Wednesday   1st November, 2006, kick off 2.30pm at Llandarcy Park.
