Beginning his junior-level career at Penclawdd RFC, Morgan went on to play Swansea RFC and the Ospreys academy, before making his full debut for Ospreys in 2018. A dominant ball carrier, Morgan has become a firm favourite with supporters, his memorable performances earning him player of the season for the 20/21, 21/22, and 22/23 seasons consecutively.
Internationally, the No.8 has previously featured for Wales u20s, representing them in the 2017 and 2018 Six Nations Championships.
