If I wasn't playing rugby, my dream job would be surfing, that's for sure, if you get paid to surf… but that’s probably a bit unrealistic.
I’d be playing fullback, I reckon. Still staying away from the big boys. As far away as possible from the scrum.
I watch a bit of Netflix. My missus has just got me started watching Love Island, so that’s interesting… but it gets a bit boring after an hour.
One meal? I want pizza. Probably just pepperoni pizza, I reckon, if it’s just one meal for the rest of your life. You got your proteins, your carbs… you’re good there. Lots of running after the meal, but that’s alright.
Rugby-wise, just stick on the skills, just worry about the skills, that’s the biggest thing. Life-wise, go and take on new challenges. Explore new opportunities, obviously coming from Australia, this all pretty different and foreign to me. So, just building on that. Push yourself and go into different opportunities and new experiences. I guess, that’s a massive thing. I’ve really enjoyed my time at Exeter, and now moving up here it’s a new challenge.
I’m just eager to play, to be honest. URC is a pretty exciting competition, you get to play against a whole lot of countries and a vast range of players. I’m just really keen to get out there and play some really good rugby. The brand here that Boothy has spoken about and the style of rugby that they play here is something that excites me. Yeah, I’m really excited to get into that.
