Get to know more about Keelan Giles ahead of the new season here:
I’m quite big into fitness, so probably like a PT or something like that. It’s related to my qualifications in college, so probably that. I did Sport BTech, and then on the side of playing rugby, I’d done my personal training qualifications as well.
It wouldn’t be the front row, I can tell you that. I’ll definitely be staying among the backs. Probably, a number 10, I think. Pull the strings.
I’m quite a chill person, so I like my free time. I game quite a bit. I play Call of Duty and FIFA, most of the time. I choose either Liverpool or Swansea… I’m a Liverpool fan.
Probably, burger and chips. Yeah, quite a big fan of a nice burger… probably have a burger after every game I play.
Probably, just having no regrets. Take the good with the bad… because it’s not always going to be highs, there are going to be lows with it as well. Take the lows as well as the highs.
Getting a run of games towards the back end of the season. I was out injured till Christmas time, then was lucky enough to get some opportunities towards the back end of the season. Probably them games and probably the Scarlets game in particular. Big win.
Obviously, having some success on the pitch with the boys. I think it’s fair to say we probably weren’t happy with where we were in the table last year. Finish the new season a lot higher than where we finished last season, play some good rugby, score some exciting tries, and hopefully entertain the supporters who come down to support us.
