Wales have called Keelan Giles into their 2016 Under Armour Series squad after releasing Hallam Amos due to injury.
Amos, suffered a shoulder injury in the defeat to Australia on Saturday and has been released back to the Newport Gwent Dragons.
Giles, who has been an additional player, training alongside the squad since the start of the campaign, is now part of the full squad.
Having been moved up from the Wales U20 squad at the Junior World Championship in June to the senior side's tour to New Zealand, where he was an unused tourist, Giles made his Ospreys debut off the bench in the win over Benetton Treviso at the Liberty in September, scoring a try within minutes of coming on.
He followed that up with two against Newcastle Falcons and a hat-trick in Lyon, before scoring two more against the Dragons to take his record to eight in five games.
With Giles now in the squad, it takes the number of Ospreys to 13.
