The Ospreys today will begin their 2012/13 Heineken Cup campaign with a home tie against Italians Benetton Treviso on Friday 12th October (KO 8.00pm) it was confirmed today.
The following weekend sees the region hit the road to the East Midlands to face old rivals Leicester Tigers in a Sunday afternoon showdown at Welford Road on 21st October at 3.00pm.
December sees four time kings of Europe and current French champs Toulouse provide the opposition for back-to-back fixtures, the first game seeing the Ospreys travel to Stade Ernest Wallon in south-western France on Saturday 8th December (2.35pm) with the return fixture at the Liberty Stadium seven days later on Saturday 15th December at 1.35pm.
The days and times of the final two rounds will be confirmed in December, but will see double Heineken Cup winners Leicester return to the Liberty in round five, with the Ospreys finishing their campaign with a visit to Treviso in northern Italy.
