Job Advert – TACKLE Project Co-ordinator

Ospreys in the Community is looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to join its Community Foundation

The successful applicant will be part of a small but dedicated team, with responsibility for delivering our comprehensive schools programme to Key Stage 3 pupils and supporting the sale of our schools ticketing initiative.

You will be working with the Community Programmes Co-ordinator to deliver all aspects of the programme to both children and teachers, whilst ensuring that all outcomes are measured, so that they can be reported to senior managers and key strategic partners.

The programme has ambitious targets that support the strategic growth of Ospreys in the Community and increase the amount of young people attending matches.

The successful applicant will possess a good understanding of the Ospreylian Community, combined with experience of working within the education and rugby sectors. Being able to deliver sports activities, have good administration skills and the ability to manage relationships will be key. Experience of sales would be an advantage, but not essential.  

Part of this role will also be supporting events and festivals, midweek and on match-days, and ensuring that all activities are delivered with exceptional customer service
