We are hiring!

Ospreys in the Community are looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to work as part of the OitC management team in an exciting new role, driving ideas, planning, and delivering events and developing relationships to generate income and meet fundraising targets for the charity.

Ospreys in the Community is a not-for-profit foundation working in close partnership with Ospreys Rugby to use the power of the Ospreys brand to make a positive impact in our communities.  We share a strong relationship and form a key part of the Ospreys’ strategy.  We work independently to the professional rugby organisation and operate to engage, connect, and inspire our communities.

This role is full time 37.5 hours per week on a one-year fixed term contract.  The role is based at the Swansea.com Stadium with the opportunity for hybrid working and reports into the Head of Community. 

If you are passionate about sport and have experience of organising and executing fund raising events, applying for, and securing funding from grant funders and a track record of meeting fund raising targets this could be the job for you.
