There are just a handful of places remaining on the Easter Rugby Camps at Llandarcy Academy of Sport next week.
First up, between Monday 4th April and Wednesday 6th April, Llandarcy Academy of Sport, the training home of the Ospreys, will host another popular camp aimed at children aged 6-12 years old.
Running between 8.30am and 3.30pm, the camp is open to boys and girls of all abilities within the age group and is run by fully qualified and DBS checked Ospreys coaches, who will focus developing a child’s rugby ability as well as their personal and social skills.
Operating over three consecutive days, children can sign up for just one day, two days or all three.
Each child registered for the Rugby Camp, which costs just £30 per day or £70 for all three days, will receive an Ospreys goodie bag.
Then, on Friday 8th April, also at Llandarcy, there will be a ‘senior’ camp for 13-17 year olds between 8.30am-12.30pm, with participants experiencing nutrition and lifestyle management workshops as well a position specific and tactical and technical coaching.
The course will give young rugby players a real insight into what it takes to become a pro rugby player with their region as Ospreys in the Community coaches share the same techniques used by the senior regional counterparts. Admission onto the course costs £25.
All courses are operated jointly by Ospreys in the Community and NPTC Group.
