There will be changes to ticket office booking fees on all purchases, with effect from Wednesday 3rd January 2018.
The Stadium Management Company is introducing these changes in response to new Government legislation being introduced around credit card fees.
Those purchasing tickets in person at the ticket office or over the phone for collection will now be charged a booking fee of £1.00 per ticket.
Purchases made via the internet or over the phone and posted out will incur a £1.55 per ticket booking fee. Ospreys Rugby has agreed with the Stadium Management Company to part subsidise fees for our valued supporters. This position will be reviewed at the end of the season.
In addition, the current ticket hotline number, which cost between 7p and 13p per minute, is being removed.
From Wednesday 3rd January, the contact number for the ticket office will be 01792 616400 and the normal standard rate charged by your service provider will apply.
