OitC Gala Dinner

OitC Confirm Star Studded Gala Dinner Line Up

Ospreys in the Community are pleased to confirm a star-studded speaker line-up for their 10th anniversary charity gala dinner, sponsored by RNA Plant Ltd, on Wednesday 7th May at the Swansea Building Society Arena.

Former Match of the Day presenter Jason Mohammed is set to host the dinner. With years of top-tier Sporting events experience, he is well placed to bring the best out of the panel. Jason has worked across top-level Sports, including the Six Nations and Olympic Games, and is no stranger to large events and sporting personalities, with compelling stories to tell.

The panel of special guests includes 2008 IRB Player of the Year, Shane Williams MBE, and the face of Welsh Women's rugby, Phillipa Tuttiett. Both Welsh internationals have now turned to punditry and often work together covering the URC and other rugby events.

Joining them is Ospreys legend, Adam Jones. The former British and Irish Lion, who recently joined the Wales coaching staff is well-known for his humorous story-telling ability and sure to get the crowd in stiches.

If the main panel wasn’t enough, guests will be treated to one final discussion with a sporting legend, with our after-dinner speaker, James Cracknell OBE. A British rowing & endurance athlete, double Olympic gold medallist and winner of six world championship titles, James needs no introduction.

It’s set to be a memorable night, with legends from the world of sport, local businesses and our community all coming together to celebrate 10 years of life changing impact from Ospreys in the Community.
