The Ospreys are proud to announce that Ledwood is a kit sponsor and Premium Partner for the 2020/21 season.
Ledwood has established a reputation in engineering excellence for more than 30 years. The company has been a sponsor and partner of the Ospreys for seven years and will have its logo on the shorts for the new campaign.
The Pembroke Dock based business is a major provider for specialist services, around engineering, fabrication and construction, in the oil and gas and renewables and power generation sectors.
Nick Revell, Ledwood Managing Director, said:
“Ledwood is a Pembrokeshire based business but we do operate globally and our partnership with the Ospreys was designed to promote ourselves further a field.
"Rugby is an international game and it covers many different countries. We do a lot of work based in the UK and in the North East of England, in particular, and there are rugby supporters there. For Ledwood, having clients see the logo and the brand up there was a real success story.
“The whole atmosphere with the Ospreys is really encouraging. The management team is approachable, you can warm to them quite easily and I would recommend to anyone to try them out. We did it in a phased manner at Ledwood’s, with an introduction and a courtship, if you like, before we partnered up and it has been very successful for us. So it’s another opportunity for that family relationship and being part of the Ospreys community is a very safe haven.”
Wayne Hall, Ospreys Head of Sales, said:
“The Ospreys relationship with Ledwood has been a long and productive one for many years. It’s a relationship that has built steadily and Nick and his team are regarded as part of the Ospreys community and family. I know how much Nick enjoys taking his family or business clients to watch the Ospreys at the Liberty Stadium. We are delighted they are a kit sponsor and Premium Partner and Ledwood’s support and loyalty to the Ospreys has been fantastic. We are all aware of the challenges facing all of us at the moment, but Ledwood’s commitment to the Ospreys during these uncertain economic times is a real testament to the strength and depth of the relationship between us.”
