OitC sponsor RNA dinner

Ospreys in the Community announce RNA Plant as title sponsor for 10th Anniversary Dinner

Ospreys in the Community announced today that RNA Plant would be sponsoring its 10th Anniversary Gala dinner. This milestone event, celebrating a decade of community engagement and achievement, will take place on Wednesday the 7th of May 2025 at Swansea Arena.

Celebrating 10 years of Ospreys in the Community, the black-tie event will gather beneficiaries, fundraisers, friends and supporters together, to look back on the successes of OitC since its inception.

The evening will include a three-course dinner, alongside a wide range of entertainment throughout the night. All proceeds from this event will benefit OITC, helping sustain, and grow the work they do in the community.

Head of Community, Tom Sloane, said: ”RNA Plant sponsoring our Anniversary Dinner really exemplifies the kind of partnership that reflects our values and dedication to community engagement. They have been long term donators and friends of OitC, with this just being the latest contributed to OitC in recent years.

”Their support will not only enhance the event but also bolster our ongoing efforts to positively impact lives through our various programs. Not only will we be taking this opportunity to reflect on OitC’s accomplishments over the past decade, it will also be an apt time to glimpse into the future of what lies ahead.

“Neil has been a key figure and long term supporter of Ospreys and Ospreys in the Community, taking part in the last three Ride2Rugby bike rides and supporting various other events OitC has held. His support has been invaluable.”

Neil Armstrong, Managing Director and Founder of RNA Plant, said: “I have seen first-hand what the OITC team achieve week in week out since inception and I’m delighted that I can play part in the 10th anniversary celebrations and help to sustain the impact the foundation has.

“I’m passionate about helping young people to get access to community sport and what it does for our physical and mental health and the benefits of team sports. I look forward to celebrating the last 10 years with everyone in May and hearing all about what lies ahead for OITC.”

The celebration will feature a formal dinner, engaging entertainment, and special remarks from key figures in the Ospreys community. Attendees will enjoy a retrospective of the organisation's accomplishments over the past decade and insights into future initiatives designed to continue driving positive change.

Tickets for the anniversary dinner are now available. OitC invites all community members, past and present, to join us in commemorating this milestone.
