The squad will be warming up in pink t-shirts ahead of tonight’s game against the Dragons, to raise awareness of our charity partners Tenovus Cancer Care’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
#GoPink is Tenovus Cancer Care’s BCAM awareness campaign and the Ospreys are proud to be showing our support for our official charity partners as Huw Warren, Head of Commercial, explains:
“We’re delighted to be visibly helping to raise awareness of Tenovus Cancer Care and the fantastic work they do, prior to our derby match with the Dragons. Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a huge campaign for TCC, and one that covers such a very important issue that touches so many people around our region so it’s great we, and our commercial partners, can do our part to raise both awareness and money.”
On the back of the t-shirts is a text donate number where by our supporters can text OSPRO1 £5 to 70070 to donate £5 to our 2017/18 charity partners’ Tenovus Cancer Care and Ospreys in the Community. A bucket collection will also be happening around the stadium prior to kick off to raise funds to support the great work they do.
