"The new appointment will mean that we will be the only Welsh region employing three physiotherapists to work with the squad, which shows the level of commitment that the Ospreys have to looking after and developing our players to the highest standard. The quality of our existing medical team is exceptionally high, but with such a large squad they are extremely stretched, so it is important that we give them the support they require to do their job and ensure that our players are available to play."
