Ospreys Under 18's defeated Scarlets Under 18's 26-15 at St Helens to earn their fourth consecutive WRU Under 18 Regional Championship Final.
The Scarlets first half territorial advantage gave them a 9-10 lead at half time , with tries from flanker Laurence Renalds and scrum half Aled Davies with Ospreys full back Tom Prydie replying with three penalties. Early in the second half Scarlets No8 and Captain Steffan Phillips crossed for a further unconverted try to extend their lead to 9-15, a further Tom Prydie penalty then narrowed the deficit to 12-15. The final quarter of the game saw the Ospreys under the leadership of Lloyd Peers take control of the game ,resulting in tries from hooker Gareth Harvey and replacement scrum half Ryan Jones both converted by Tom Prydie whose 100% kicking record was a vital contribution to the Ospreys 26-15 victory.
