Ospreys Head Coach, Allen Clarke, said:
"Bottom line, we were disappointed with our accuracy last week and the result makes qualification from the group extremely slim.
"We've made the decision to rest our international players selected for Wales which provides an opportunity for the boys to blend as a team in preparation for four important fixtures during the Six Nations period.
"Playing in France is always testing and we expect the same on Saturday against Pau, no matter what team they select. For some players who haven't had much game time it's a great chance to put their hand up for selection next week."
