Speaking ahead of the game, head coach Kevin James said:
“There was a much improved performance from the squad last week, winning 13-10 on a terrible night against a vastly improved Blues South. However the group realise there is still plenty to work on in preparation for our next game.
“Looking ahead to tomorrow's game we know from the last time we played the Blues North away, that we may have won but we are in for a tough battle. The results are not going their way however they are a very good team. The boys have trained well and are excited to build on our last performance so hopefully we will see us back it up on Wednesday night.”
