Comment from Head Coach, Lyn Jones:
"There were huge positives in our performance at StradeyPark earlier this month. It was a game in which we had opportunities to score, but in the end the Scarlets were good value for their victory and just edged it on the evening. They have had a very successful season, having reached the final of the Powergen Cup, where they put together a performance that gave them a chance to beat London Wasps, although their efforts were in the end without reward”
“It is good to now be facing them at home and matches do not get any bigger than this one. It will be our third home fixture this month, with hard earned wins coming against Glasgow and Edinburgh. This has been a big achievement, with this season having been a constant battle with ongoing injuries to key players. Again this week we have eleven players unavailable and it seems to have been like this for the whole season”
“However difficult it is to deal with the injury situation, the squad remains in good spirits having won our last four consecutive home games. The players are looking forward to testing themselves against what is a very good Scarlets outfit
Injury and squad availability news
