Dragons have had a mixed season in the United Rugby Championship, but their big guns can always be counted on to put in a performance. Here's the men from Gwent to keep an eye on this weekend:
Aaron Wainwright
Wainwright was one of the standout performers in this Wales’ Guinness Six Nations campaign this year with the back rower demonstrated some destructive carrying ability throughout the tournament. His performances.
The Newport man will be doing his best to impose himself on the Ospreys defence this week, which has been easier said than done this season.
Rio Dyer
The electric winger was another regular feature in the Six Nations. The winger’s got burners and his acceleration underpins his overall speed.
Last season was Dyer’s most productive season to date, with him topping the team’s scoring charts with seven tries. The boys will be looking to limit Dyer’s space to manoeuvre.
Steff Hughes
Captain for the Dragons, Hughes quickly emerged as one of the team’s main leaders after joining from the Scarlets at the beginning of the 22/23 season.
Hughes has been one of the Dragons’ most consistent backs over the last two seasons and a regular name on their team sheet, with 34 appearances in that time. A quality playmaker in the middle of the park, Hughes has the ability to pull strings when called upon.
