What a weekend. A fantastic start to a new season of WCR. All the teams taking part are in it to win it and the talent on court this year is second to none.
Ospreys were up against some tough competition and being back in Division 1 is going to be challenging but they were ready for action.
Each game brought excitement to the edge of your seat. Every player carried speed with great skill as they passed the ball around the court, whizzing between each other to make it over the goal line.
Clashes in the key areas showed no kindness with excellent defence from all players but not quite good enough to stop the London Crusaders from winning all games bar one to the West Coast Heat team.
Ospreys played some excellent games with each player following good direction and staying focused in the game. With so many amazing moves from the pickers, blocks and attacks were fast and furious giving our young player Ky Bishop the opportunity to keep scoring those Trys. A total of 13 throughout the day.
A huge well done to Phillipa one of our new members who played in her first Wheelchair Rugby Tournament with Ospreys and was awarded the best in class award.
