FULL TERMS

  1. Competition runs from 5/12/22 (15:00) - 12/12/22 (15:00)
  2. Competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
  3. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and ID may be required.
  4. Internet access is required and must have a valid Instagram/Facebook account
  5. Employees of Hilltop Honey Ltd and Ospreys are exempt from entry to the competition.
  6.  To take part in this competition, you must comment on the correct competition post and tag a ‘friend’ and follow @energyhilltop on social platforms specified.
  7. Multiple entries are permitted and is not restricted to one per comment.
  8. Only entries that have been completed correctly and in full will be entered into the competition.
  9. Competition is open to residents in Great Britain only. (England, Scotland, and Wales)
  10. There will be one winner only.
  11. Prize details as follows;
    • 1 X signed Ospreys Shirt
    • 36 X Hilltop Energy Gels
    • 3 X Hilltop Energy Powders
    • 1 X Hilltop Energy Gel Flask
    • 1 X Hilltop Energy Water Bottle
  12. Winner will be contacted within 7 days of competition end date.
  13. Winner will be contacted via Instagram/Facebook inbox.
  14. If a winner doesn’t claim their prize within 7 days of first contact, another winner will be drawn.
  15. Once the winner is contacted and address is provided, the prize will be sent out within 14 working days.
  16. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
  17. Winner may be asked to take part in publicity – this will only be done with consent.
  18. Hilltop Honey Ltd and partner brand. will take no responsibility of prize being lost, stolen or damaged.
  19. The prize cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or transferred. The prize cannot be sold or auctioned
  20. There is no cash alternative available in whole or in part.
  21. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Hilltop Honey Ltd and partner brand. or where fraud, abuse, and/or an error the Hilltop Honey Limited and partner brand reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms and conditions, at any stage.
  22. Address will be requested for delivery of prize only and not be used for marketing purposes.
  23. The draw and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Where a customer participating in the draw is taking part from Scotland or Northern Ireland, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts or the courts of Northern Ireland respectively.
