Made In Wales = No Limits
We’re incredibly proud to announce home-grown Philtronics Ltd as our Principal Partner for a second year running, as we prepare for the 2022/23 season.
Allied by our loyalty to “Made in Wales,” we are delighted that the Philtronics logo will adorn our front of jersey alongside our “mask” as we embark on this momentous season.
Made in Wales but proud to serve an international client base, this multi-million-pound electronic manufacturer has been one of our most valued partners for 8 years, and not only will their logo adorn home, away, training, and alternative kits, but also LED activations around the Swansea.com Stadium.
Big believers in innovation in Wales and a passionate promoter of Welsh origin, Philtronics CEO Simon Pritchard said in his review of last year’s principal Ospreys partnership “our social media impressions and traffic has increased exponentially since our signing, we have benefitted directly with new business and changed perception.”
As advocates for sustainable growth and opportunity across the region, Simon added “Ospreys and Philtronics share similar values; I see the partnership in 3 main areas; brand alignment, community and staff. Safe to say all 3 have been enhanced by our partnership.”
“With Ospreys success this year, we’re thrilled to be continuing our long-standing association with the team, proud to have the Philtronics logo up front and centre on the Osprey’s jersey in the upcoming 2023 Heineken Champions Cup, when they face the best from England and France.”
Principal Partner with Community Focus
Achieving considerable growth over the years, Philtronics have demonstrated an unwavering focus on growth from the ground up. A local lad from the valleys, Simon is devoted to community, developing, and training staff, giving young people opportunities and supporting events in the wider community.
As we approach our 19th year of trading, it is important to take stock and celebrate our successes. Thanks to all our staff, customers and suppliers for your support along the way. We are looking forward to continuing the journey... pic.twitter.com/NKeqKANczM

Personal and talent development aligns us; whether it’s players, staff, recruits in the High-Performance Academy or our wider community; our aim is to show that community sport gives individuals the best opportunity to thrive.
Putting on community events, reaching out to those who wouldn’t normally have access to the stadium, offering staff opportunities and youth talent development programmes.
Despite our focus on developing local talent and pride in local community, Ospreys have become one of the most globally recognised sporting brands, proud to be a leading rugby franchise.
Ospreys Commercial Director, Anthony Cole-Johnson reflected
“Since day 1, Simon, Anne and the team at Philtronics have been a wonderful support to the Ospreys and me personally.
“They are both fans and successful manufacturers who take an active role in supporting the community with a vast number of initiatives throughout the year, as well as supporting the
Ospreys and ensuring we evolve as an organisation. To have the Philtronics logo on our famous black shirt was a key objective when I started, as it represents a successful and world leading manufacturing business that has its heart right here in Wales. I am proud that Philtronics trusts us to deliver a broader and more ambitious partnership than ever before over the coming season.”
We are looking forward to tomorrow’s @URCOfficial fixture @ospreys 🏉 v @SharksRugby at @SwanscomStadium!

Simon explains “Ospreys in the Community leads the way, getting involved with initiatives like Action for Children, Bouncing Back, Tackle, Sporting Memories to name but a few, they’ve been rewarding for all of us. For us, it’s about getting involved, knowing we are making a difference and witnessing the benefits in our community.”
We are thrilled that the Bouncing Back programme is expanding into Primary Schools like @CwmbachCiW who had their first session in June! #fundraisinggoals #mentalhealth #Wellbeing @cymru_AFC @CommunityOsprey @JanineMorgan83 @AnnePritchard14 #teamwork https://t.co/EFY09YATyB
