Here’s a quick how-to guide on renewing your season membership, and how to pair another member’s account to your own.
Pairing accounts allows you to renew that member’s season membership on their behalf.
How to renew your season membership
Head to https://bit.ly/joinusinflight and sign in using your email address and password (please make sure it’s the same email address used to purchase the membership at the time).
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Forgot your login details?” and follow the steps to retrieve your login details.
Once you’ve signed into your account, you may have a notification waiting for you, prompting you to renew your seat. Click this notification to begin the journey. Please make sure you have your payment details ready.
Alternatively, click “Buy now” to select your seat and purchase your season membership.
How to pair accounts
Head to https://bit.ly/joinusinflight and sign in using your email address and password (please make sure it’s the same email address used to purchase the membership at the time).
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Forgot your login details?” and follow the steps to retrieve your login details.
Go to “My Account” 
, then click on “View Account Menu”, and under ‘Account Management’ click on “Network”. This will take you to the My Network page.
Here you will need to input the other member’s Membership ID into the search bar and add the account to yours.
Before you can renew/purchase a season membership for the paired account, the member must authorise the pairing by signing in with their own log in details and accept the request.
Once authorised, you’ll be able to purchase a membership for yourself and the pair accounts. You can do this multiple times to add several accounts to yours.
