Everyone at the Ospreys has been overwhelmed by all your messages during these unprecedented times. The support sent our way over the last weeks and months has been overwhelmingly positive, and we want to thank everyone who has reached out or shares this sentiment. It’s been inspiring to receive your well-wishes and makes us proud to be part of this community.
Following up on the announcement that the remainder of the 2019/20 season is likely to be played behind closed doors, season ticket holders will be receiving an email on Wednesday afternoon detailing the three options available to them for their pro-rata refund from the 2019-20 campaign.
Each season ticket holder will be notified of the exact value entitled to them on the email and will have until July 31st to make their decision.
Season ticket holders can either gift the money as support to the region, defer it as a credit for next season’s ticket purchases or 2019/20 merchandise or receive a refund.
For supporters who have purchased match tickets or Judgement Day tickets directly from us, there will be a separate announcement on how to tell us your preferred choice.
