Ospreys fans heading to the Millennium Stadium next Saturday when the region takes on Cardiff Blues in a crucial PRO12 derby match, are being urged to show their true colours.
Regional rugby fans will converge on the national stadium for an historic day of action, with two derby matches back to back, and Alun Wyn Jones wants the travelling Ospreys support to make the trip decked out in black and white.
The skipper said:
“It sounds like it’s going to be a great day out with a big crowd for the matches. As always, we know that we will hear our fans who always travel in big numbers and make a real noise, but it will be great if they can make a visual statement of support as well and be decked out in Ospreys colours. Running out to see and hear our fantastic fans at the Millennium, showing their true colours, will be brilliant.”
To help fans show their true colours, there is a range of special judgement day merchandise now available from the club shop and online at shop.ospreysrugby.com, including flags, scarves, wigs, jester hats and face painting sticks.
For those making the short trip up the M4 there is also a range of car accessories designed to allow you to show your true colours while on the road. You can choose from car flags, window stickers, window wobblers and air fresheners to give your vehicle that Ospreys touch.
There’s a special competition for all fans who are travelling by road, with a signed Ospreys shirt for the best dressed car – just Tweet or Facebook us with your picture and the winning vehicle will be chosen by a special panel of judges – with the shirt presented at our next home game, against Benetton Treviso on Saturday 13th April.
Make sure you show your true colours on Judgement Day
