Tom Prydie and Will Taylor to coach at Skills

There are a handful of places remaining for the first ever Ospreys Skills Camp at Llandarcy Academy of Sport on Tuesday 30th August.

Aimed specifically for boys and girls aged 11-13, the sessions will cover passing, tackling, evasion and positional skills, areas that are considered to be the key skills focus for those age-grades.

Leading the sessions will be Ospreys players Tom Prydie and Will Taylor, along with a team of community coaches, while Ospreys Coach Development Officer, Dan Owens, will be presenting to coaches/parents from clubs in attendance and highlighting the key skills focus that the players will be working on.

Prydie, the youngest ever Welsh cap, will be doing a kicking masterclass with the backs, while Wales U20 prop Taylor will be working the forwards on scrum and lineout profile.

The skills camp takes place at the Ospreys’ Llandarcy HQ on Tuesday 30th August from 2.00pm, (registration begins at 1.30pm) priced at just £5 per child and is open to individuals, groups of friends, or even entire teams.

Anyone interested in attending, or bring a team, should contact their local Development Officer.
