Ospreys flanker, Sam Underhill, has received his first senior international call-up, selected by England head coach, Eddie Jones, for the summer tour to Argentina.
The 20-year old openside has played 34 times for the Ospreys over the last two seasons since moving across the Severn Bridge to study at Cardiff University in 2015, the region’s recruitment team identifying the hot prospect as suitable for spending more time in the environment.
The former Gloucester academy player was England U18 captain three years ago and has committed to heading home in pursuit of international honours, confirming a three-year deal with Bath that kicks in this summer.
