Ospreys Academy are looking for volunteers to support the Ospreys Talent ID strategy and to deliver a programme focussed on the Player Development Framework, based at Llandarcy.
Volunteers should be available on evenings and/or weekends, have a WRU Level 2 Coaching Award (or equivalent) and a passion for player development, and talent identification.
Perks include an Ospreys kit allocation and access to observe Ospreys Junior and Senior Academy sessions.
