With at least five games still to play in the RaboDirect PRO12 this season, the Ospreys have already confirmed the first pre-season fixture ahead of 2014/15.
The region will make the short trip to the West Midlands on Friday 15th August, to face Worcester Warriors at Sixways, kicking off at 7.30pm.
The two sides last faced each other at the Liberty Stadium back in August, ahead of the current campaign, when a last minute try from Ross Jones secured a narrow win for the Ospreys (pictured).
It will mean an early return to Worcester for centre Josh Matavesi, who moves to the Ospreys from Warriors at the end of the current season, while prop Joe Rees is moving in the opposite direction. Other familiar faces at Sixways include Ospreys centurion Jonathan Thomas and hooker Ed Shervington.
