The Cardiff born number eight got his first taste of rugby aged just five years old, starting out with Glamorgan Wanderers. Despite his young age, Williams has gained a wealth of experience having represented Cowbridge, Hartpury College, Cardiff Blues, and Gloucester.

Thus far, the big back rower’s favourite moment in his rugby career was crossing the whitewash for Cowbridge School in their Welsh Cup Final against rivals Cymer. Williams has also earned international honours representing Wales U18.

When Williams isn’t training hard or playing rugby, he enjoys relaxing or going out in the company of his brother and his friends.
