Ruck Stars is an original documentary series produced by BBC which follows the lives of the rising stars of the under-18 academies from the Ospreys and Scarlets as they prepare for the season ahead. Four games, a fierce rivalry and one golden chance to chase the dream of going pro.

Episode 1 of Ruck Stars will air on BBC One Wales on Monday 5 September with new episodes weekly. After episode 1 has aired, all 5 episodes will be available on iPlayer.

The Ospreys Academy falls part of the Ospreys Pathway Program which is an overproducing academy, that regularly produces Ospreys senior players.
